Financial Control

As controllers of our customers’ trust funds, we act with the utmost fiduciary care to collect, account and expend funds with complete transparency and diligent reporting to Directors, Trustees and Owners in accordance with relevant legislation.

Collections

We oversee the billing and distribution of levy statements with precision, while managing the collection of levies and monthly charges.
Our team actively follows up on outstanding accounts and, when needed, works with appointed attorneys to ensure legal collections are handled efficiently and professionally on behalf of the Community Scheme.

Maintenance Coordination

We assist with the planning of maintenance for the buildings and communal areas.
Our professionals investigate the areas, arrange quotations, present recommendations to the committee, and finally implement the chosen maintenance plan.
