There is a waiting period of a minimum of 4 weeks prior to refund the utility deposit. I understand that a final account will be calculated according to the meter reading taken on the specified vacating date. The final account and arrears (if any) will be deducted from my deposit. Only the difference (if any) will be refunded. Should there be any outstanding amount owing the client remains responsible for the account until paid in full. This final outstanding account must be paid in full within seven (7) days.
